Below are some of our most frequently asked questions (FAQ).
"What is your price per square foot?"
Prices vary from $375/sqft. livable to as much as $500+/sqft. livable. There are many many factors that will contribute to this number including total square footage, finishes, allowance items such as appliances, countertops, and more.
Anybody that gives you a firm, guaranteed price is a production home-builder or is not being truthful and honest up front.
We have learned over 25 years that it is best to sit down with you and discuss your wants and needs and then determine your budget and plan accordingly.
"Where do you build?"
We build primarily in Orlando, North Orlando, and Ocala areas in counties including, but not limited to: Seminole, Volusia, Lake, Orange, Polk, Palm Beach, and Brevard.
"What if I already have my own floor plans?"
We can build any set of plans that are approved and permitted by local jurisdiction. If the plans are from out of state, online, or a family-friend, etc. they may need to be adapted or altered in order to work in Florida. Specific written permission may need to be given in order to use and reproduce the plans. Please call us to discuss in more detail.
