Our Process: You detail and “story-board” all aspects of your dream home – as specific or as general as you prefer. We work together with our designers and architects to present you with appropriate floor plan and architectural options. As the vision becomes more clear, we fine-tune your floor plan, elevation style, and many selections (colors, materials, etc). Once everything is approved by you, we begin the permitting and construction process while keeping you updated daily or weekly. The builder is involved from the very beginning so that there is open communication between the builder and designers which greatly reduces costs and delays.

Our People: Our founder is passionate about sharing knowledge with those who are unfamiliar with the process of home-building; this quality of helping others and remaining transparent is reinforced throughout all of our people. Our in-house team extends far beyond our builder providing a strong support team available daily to assist with general questions, concerns, or transactions; this allows our builder and project managers to place more of their focus where it is most valuable, on building your dream home. A custom team is assembled for each project, based on trust, and we use top trades-persons, subcontractors, and suppliers in Central Florida to guarantee the highest quality building standards, efficient timelines, and an extraordinary communication experience.

Our Execution: Close attention is paid to the requirements of time, budget, design and craftsmanship. Years of experience have increased our expertise and capacity to integrate state-of-the-art systems and value engineering, as well as practical solutions to unique and common design challenges.
